Syarat ini mengatur penggunaan exportree.id ("Exportree"). Dengan membuat akun atau memakai Exportree, kamu setuju dengan syarat di bawah. Kalau tidak setuju, mohon jangan memakai layanan ini. Bila kamu buyer, bagian 1, 6, 7, dan 10 menjelaskan peran Exportree dalam urusanmu dengan eksportir.

1. Tentang Exportree

Exportree adalah layanan untuk membuat halaman profil perusahaan bagi eksportir dan UMKM Indonesia, yang bisa dibagikan ke calon buyer melalui satu link (exportree.id/namabisnis). Exportree hanya menyediakan halaman. Exportree bukan pihak dalam transaksi jual beli antara pemilik halaman dan buyer.

2. Akun

• Kamu harus berusia minimal 18 tahun, atau bertindak atas nama badan usaha yang sah.
• Data yang kamu isi saat mendaftar (email, username, nomor HP) harus benar dan milikmu sendiri.
• Satu nomor HP hanya boleh dipakai untuk maksimal 2 akun.
• Kamu bertanggung jawab menjaga kerahasiaan password dan semua aktivitas di akunmu. Segera kabari kami kalau akunmu dipakai orang lain tanpa izin.

3. Link halaman (username)

• Username yang kamu pilih menjadi link halamanmu: exportree.id/username.
• Kamu tidak boleh memakai nama yang menyesatkan, mengatasnamakan perusahaan atau merek milik pihak lain, atau melanggar hak orang lain.
• Exportree berhak mengubah atau menarik username yang melanggar aturan ini, atau yang diperlukan untuk halaman sistem Exportree.

4. Konten di halamanmu

• Semua isi halaman (nama perusahaan, produk, foto, dokumen, kontak, klaim) adalah tanggung jawabmu dan harus benar.
• Hak atas konten tetap milikmu. Dengan mempublikasikannya, kamu memberi Exportree izin untuk menyimpan, menampilkan, dan menyebarkan konten itu sejauh diperlukan untuk menjalankan layanan.
• Halaman yang kamu publish dapat dilihat siapa saja yang memiliki link-nya dan dapat muncul di mesin pencari.

5. Hal yang dilarang

• Penipuan, termasuk menawarkan produk yang tidak kamu miliki atau tidak bisa kamu kirim.
• Klaim sertifikasi, legalitas, atau riwayat ekspor yang tidak benar, termasuk mengunggah dokumen palsu atau milik pihak lain.
• Produk yang dilarang atau dibatasi oleh hukum Indonesia atau negara tujuan tanpa izin yang sah.
• Konten yang melanggar hak cipta, merek, atau hak orang lain.
• Spam, malware, atau upaya membobol, mengganggu, maupun menyalahgunakan sistem Exportree.
• Menyalahgunakan data buyer yang kamu terima lewat inquiry (lihat bagian 6).

6. Inquiry dan data buyer

• Buyer dapat mengirim permintaan penawaran (inquiry) kepada kamu melalui halamanmu. Exportree hanya meneruskan inquiry tersebut. Negosiasi, harga, dan transaksi sepenuhnya antara kamu dan buyer.
• Data buyer dalam inquiry (seperti nama, perusahaan, negara, dan nomor WhatsApp) hanya boleh kamu pakai untuk menanggapi inquiry itu dan transaksi yang berkaitan dengannya.
• Kamu tidak boleh menjual, membagikan, atau menyerahkan data buyer kepada pihak lain, dan tidak boleh memasukkannya ke daftar promosi massal atau broadcast tanpa persetujuan buyer.
• Kamu wajib menjaga data buyer dengan wajar dan menanggapi inquiry dengan itikad baik.
• Bila kamu memasang pixel iklan atau analitik (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, atau Google Analytics) di halamanmu, kamu bertanggung jawab atas penggunaan data yang dikumpulkan pixel tersebut, termasuk mematuhi aturan privasi yang berlaku di negara buyer-mu dan ketentuan dari Meta, TikTok, atau Google. Exportree hanya memasang pixel sesuai ID yang kamu isi dan tidak bertanggung jawab atas pengolahan data oleh penyedia pixel.
• Untuk mencegah spam, Exportree dapat membatasi jumlah inquiry. Exportree juga dapat menonaktifkan fitur inquiry atau menangguhkan akun yang menyalahgunakan data buyer.

7. Badge Terverifikasi dan Ekspor aktif

• Terverifikasi berarti tim Exportree sudah memeriksa dokumen legalitas usaha (NIB) yang kamu kirim.
• Ekspor aktif tersedia untuk paket Pro, dan berarti tim Exportree sudah memeriksa dokumen pengiriman ekspor (seperti Bill of Lading) yang kamu kirim.
• Badge adalah hasil pemeriksaan dokumen pada saat diperiksa. Badge bukan jaminan kualitas produk, kelancaran pengiriman, atau keberhasilan transaksi. Buyer tetap perlu melakukan pemeriksaan sendiri sebelum bertransaksi.
• Exportree dapat menolak atau mencabut badge kapan saja, misalnya bila dokumen tidak valid, sudah tidak berlaku, atau ada laporan pelanggaran.

8. Paket dan pembayaran

• Paket Free dapat dipakai tanpa biaya. Paket Pro berbayar sesuai durasi yang kamu pilih.
• Harga dan fitur tiap paket ditampilkan di exportree.id dan dapat berubah. Perubahan harga tidak berlaku untuk periode yang sudah kamu bayar.
• Setelah masa paket Pro berakhir tanpa perpanjangan, akunmu kembali ke paket Free dan fitur khusus Pro (termasuk badge Ekspor aktif, pixel iklan, dan opsi menyembunyikan label "Made with Exportree") tidak lagi aktif. Pengaturanmu tetap tersimpan dan aktif lagi saat kamu kembali ke Pro.
• Ketentuan pengembalian dana mengikuti ketentuan yang ditampilkan saat pembayaran.

9. Penangguhan dan penghapusan akun

Exportree dapat menyembunyikan halaman, menangguhkan, atau menghapus akun yang melanggar syarat ini, dengan atau tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu bila pelanggarannya serius. Kamu dapat meminta penghapusan akun kapan saja melalui email di bawah.

10. Batasan tanggung jawab

Exportree disediakan "sebagaimana adanya". Kami berusaha menjaga layanan tetap berjalan, tetapi tidak menjamin layanan selalu bebas gangguan atau kesalahan. Sejauh diizinkan hukum, Exportree tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian yang timbul dari transaksi atau komunikasi antara pemilik halaman dan buyer (termasuk yang berawal dari inquiry), isi halaman yang dibuat pengguna, atau gangguan layanan pihak ketiga yang kami gunakan.

11. Perubahan syarat

Syarat ini dapat kami perbarui. Tanggal "terakhir diperbarui" di atas akan ikut berubah. Untuk perubahan penting, kami akan memberi tahu melalui email atau pemberitahuan di dashboard. Tetap memakai Exportree setelah perubahan berarti kamu menyetujui syarat yang baru.

These terms govern the use of exportree.id ("Exportree"). By creating an account or using Exportree, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use this service. If you are a buyer, sections 1, 6, 7, and 10 explain Exportree's role in your dealings with exporters.

1. About Exportree

Exportree is a service for creating company profile pages for Indonesian exporters and small businesses (UMKM), which can be shared with potential buyers through a single link (exportree.id/businessname). Exportree only provides the page. Exportree is not a party to any sale or purchase between the page owner and a buyer.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or act on behalf of a legally registered business.
• The data you enter when signing up (email, username, phone number) must be correct and belong to you.
• One phone number may be used for a maximum of 2 accounts.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity in your account. Let us know immediately if your account is used by someone else without permission.

3. Page link (username)

• The username you choose becomes your page link: exportree.id/username.
• You may not use a name that is misleading, impersonates another company or brand, or violates the rights of others.
• Exportree may change or withdraw a username that breaks these rules, or that is needed for an Exportree system page.

4. Content on your page

• All page content (company name, products, photos, documents, contacts, claims) is your responsibility and must be accurate.
• You keep the rights to your content. By publishing it, you give Exportree permission to store, display, and distribute that content as far as needed to run the service.
• Pages you publish can be seen by anyone with the link and may appear in search engines.

5. Prohibited activities

• Fraud, including offering products you do not have or cannot ship.
• False claims about certifications, legal status, or export history, including uploading fake documents or documents that belong to someone else.
• Products that are prohibited or restricted by Indonesian law or the law of the destination country without a valid permit.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or the rights of others.
• Spam, malware, or attempts to break into, disrupt, or abuse Exportree's systems.
• Misusing buyer data received through inquiries (see section 6).

6. Inquiries and buyer data

• Buyers can send you a quotation request (inquiry) through your page. Exportree only forwards that inquiry. Negotiation, pricing, and the transaction are entirely between you and the buyer.
• Buyer data in an inquiry (such as name, company, country, and WhatsApp number) may only be used to respond to that inquiry and any transaction related to it.
• You may not sell, share, or hand over buyer data to anyone else, and may not add it to mass promotion or broadcast lists without the buyer's consent.
• You must keep buyer data reasonably safe and respond to inquiries in good faith.
• If you add an advertising or analytics pixel (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or Google Analytics) to your page, you are responsible for how you use the data it collects, including complying with the privacy laws in your buyers' countries and with the terms of Meta, TikTok, or Google. Exportree only installs the pixel using the ID you enter and is not responsible for how the pixel provider processes the data.
• To prevent spam, Exportree may limit the number of inquiries. Exportree may also disable the inquiry feature or suspend accounts that misuse buyer data.

7. Verified and Active Exporter badges

• Verified means the Exportree team has checked the business registration document (NIB) you submitted.
• Active Exporter is available on the Pro plan, and means the Exportree team has checked an export shipping document (such as a Bill of Lading) you submitted.
• A badge reflects a document check at the time it was checked. A badge is not a guarantee of product quality, successful delivery, or a successful transaction. Buyers should still do their own checks before any transaction.
• Exportree may refuse or revoke a badge at any time, for example if a document is invalid, no longer valid, or there is a report of a violation.

8. Plans and payment

• The Free plan can be used at no cost. The Pro plan is paid according to the duration you choose.
• Prices and features of each plan are shown on exportree.id and may change. Price changes do not apply to a period you have already paid for.
• When a Pro plan ends without renewal, your account returns to the Free plan and Pro-only features (including the Active Exporter badge, advertising pixels, and the option to hide the "Made with Exportree" label) are no longer active. Your settings stay saved and become active again when you return to Pro.
• Refunds follow the terms shown at the time of payment.

9. Suspension and account deletion

Exportree may hide pages, suspend, or delete accounts that break these terms, with or without prior notice if the violation is serious. You may request account deletion at any time through the email below.

10. Limitation of liability

Exportree is provided "as is". We try to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee that it will always be free of disruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, Exportree is not responsible for losses arising from transactions or communication between page owners and buyers (including those that start from an inquiry), content created by users, or disruptions of third-party services we use.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above will change accordingly. For important changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice in the dashboard. Continuing to use Exportree after a change means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
