Kebijakan Privasi

Kebijakan ini menjelaskan data apa yang dikumpulkan exportree.id ("Exportree"), untuk apa data itu dipakai, dan apa saja hakmu atas data tersebut. Bila kamu buyer yang pernah mengirim inquiry kepada eksportir di Exportree, bagian 1 sampai 6 juga berlaku untukmu.

1. Data yang kami kumpulkan

• Data akun: email, username (link halaman), nomor HP, dan password. Password disimpan dalam bentuk terenkripsi oleh penyedia layanan login kami, dan tidak bisa kami lihat.
• Data dari Google, bila kamu masuk dengan Google: nama, alamat email, dan foto profil akun Google-mu.
• Isi halaman: semua yang kamu isi di editor, seperti nama perusahaan, logo, foto, deskripsi, produk, sertifikasi, dan kontak.
• Dokumen verifikasi: dokumen seperti NIB atau Bill of Lading, bila kamu mengirimkannya untuk mendapatkan badge.
• Data teknis: data yang dibutuhkan agar layanan berjalan, seperti data sesi login yang disimpan di browsermu, serta catatan teknis (log) dari penyedia hosting.
• Statistik kunjungan halaman: saat seseorang membuka halaman bisnis di Exportree, kami mencatat negara asal (diperkirakan dari jaringan), jenis perangkat (HP, tablet, atau laptop), asal kunjungan (misalnya WhatsApp atau Google), serta klik tombol WhatsApp. Kami tidak menyimpan alamat IP maupun identitas pengunjung. Statistik ini hanya bisa dilihat oleh pemilik halaman.
• Data inquiry dari buyer: pengunjung halaman bisnis dapat mengirim permintaan penawaran (inquiry) kepada eksportir. Yang kami simpan: nama, nama perusahaan (bila diisi), negara, nomor WhatsApp, produk dan jumlah yang diminta, Incoterm dan pelabuhan tujuan (bila diisi), serta catatan. Sebelum dikirim, daftar produk yang dipilih disimpan sementara di browser pengunjung dan hilang saat tab ditutup.
• Data pembayaran: diproses oleh penyedia pembayaran. Kami tidak menyimpan nomor kartu atau rekeningmu.

2. Untuk apa data dipakai

• Membuat dan menjalankan akun serta halamanmu.
• Memeriksa dokumen untuk badge Terverifikasi dan Ekspor aktif.
• Mencegah penyalahgunaan, termasuk membatasi satu nomor HP untuk maksimal 2 akun.
• Menghubungimu soal akun, keamanan, paket, atau perubahan layanan.
• Memproses pembayaran paket berbayar.
• Menyampaikan inquiry dari buyer kepada eksportir yang dituju, agar eksportir dapat membalas melalui WhatsApp.
• Mencegah spam pada inquiry, misalnya dengan membatasi jumlah inquiry dari satu nomor WhatsApp dalam waktu tertentu.
• Mengirim email yang berkaitan dengan akun, seperti konfirmasi pendaftaran dan reset password.

Kami tidak menjual data pribadimu.

3. Data yang tampil untuk publik

Isi halaman yang kamu publish dapat dilihat siapa saja yang memiliki link-nya dan dapat muncul di mesin pencari. Email akun dan nomor HP yang kamu isi saat mendaftar tidak ditampilkan di halamanmu, kecuali kamu sendiri menuliskannya di bagian kontak halaman. Dokumen verifikasi tidak ditampilkan untuk publik. Yang tampil hanya badge-nya.

Inquiry dari buyer tidak ditampilkan untuk publik. Inquiry hanya bisa dilihat oleh eksportir yang dituju dan tim Exportree. Eksportir wajib memakai data buyer hanya untuk menanggapi inquiry tersebut.

4. Pihak ketiga yang kami gunakan

Untuk menjalankan Exportree, data diproses oleh penyedia layanan berikut, sesuai kebijakan privasi masing-masing:

• Supabase: database, penyimpanan file, dan sistem login.
• Cloudflare: hosting website dan pengamanan lalu lintas.
• Google: fitur masuk dengan akun Google.
• Resend: pengiriman email akun, seperti konfirmasi pendaftaran dan reset password.
• WhatsApp: bila buyer atau eksportir melanjutkan percakapan lewat WhatsApp, percakapan itu terjadi di WhatsApp dan tunduk pada kebijakan privasi WhatsApp, bukan kebijakan Exportree.
• Penyedia pembayaran: saat kamu membeli paket berbayar.
• Pixel dan analitik yang dipasang eksportir: eksportir dengan paket Pro dapat memasang Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, atau Google Analytics di halaman bisnisnya. Bila dipasang, layanan tersebut dapat mengumpulkan data kunjungan di halaman itu, misalnya halaman yang dibuka, klik tombol WhatsApp, dan pengiriman inquiry (tanpa isi inquiry-nya), dan dapat memakai cookie atau teknologi serupa. Data itu diproses oleh Meta, TikTok, atau Google sesuai kebijakan privasi masing-masing, dan dipakai oleh eksportir tersebut, misalnya untuk mengukur iklan. Exportree sendiri tidak memasang pixel iklan di halaman bisnis, dan pixel tidak pernah berjalan di dashboard atau editor.

Server penyedia-penyedia tersebut dapat berada di luar Indonesia.

5. Keamanan dan penyimpanan

Kami membatasi akses ke data: setiap pengguna hanya bisa mengubah data miliknya sendiri, dan dokumen verifikasi hanya bisa dibuka oleh pemiliknya dan tim Exportree. Tidak ada sistem yang 100% aman, tetapi kami berusaha menjaga datamu dengan wajar. Data disimpan selama akunmu aktif. Inquiry disimpan selama akun eksportir yang dituju masih aktif, dan ikut terhapus bila akun itu dihapus. Setelah akun dihapus, data dihapus dalam waktu yang wajar, kecuali yang wajib kami simpan menurut hukum.

6. Hak kamu

Sesuai peraturan perlindungan data pribadi yang berlaku di Indonesia, kamu dapat meminta untuk:

• mengakses dan mendapatkan salinan data pribadimu,
• memperbaiki data yang salah,
• menghapus akun beserta datamu,
• menarik persetujuan atas pemrosesan data tertentu.

Kirim permintaan ke [email protected] dari email yang terdaftar di akunmu.

Buyer yang pernah mengirim inquiry dan ingin datanya dihapus dapat mengirim permintaan ke email yang sama, dengan menyebutkan nomor WhatsApp yang dipakai saat mengirim inquiry.

7. Pengguna di bawah umur

Exportree ditujukan untuk pelaku usaha berusia minimal 18 tahun, dan tidak ditujukan untuk anak-anak.

8. Perubahan kebijakan

Kebijakan ini dapat kami perbarui. Tanggal "terakhir diperbarui" di atas akan ikut berubah, dan untuk perubahan penting kami akan memberi tahu melalui email atau dashboard.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data exportree.id ("Exportree") collects, what the data is used for, and what rights you have over it. If you are a buyer who sent an inquiry to an exporter on Exportree, sections 1 to 6 also apply to you.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: email, username (page link), phone number, and password. Passwords are stored in encrypted form by our login provider, and we cannot see them.
• Data from Google, if you sign in with Google: the name, email address, and profile photo of your Google account.
• Page content: everything you fill in the editor, such as company name, logo, photos, descriptions, products, certifications, and contact details.
• Verification documents: documents such as an NIB (Indonesian business registration) or a Bill of Lading, if you submit them to earn a badge.
• Technical data: data needed for the service to work, such as login session data stored in your browser, and technical logs from our hosting provider.
• Page visit statistics: when someone opens a business page on Exportree, we record the country (estimated from the network), device type (phone, tablet, or laptop), where the visit came from (for example WhatsApp or Google), and clicks on the WhatsApp button. We do not store IP addresses or visitor identities. These statistics can only be seen by the owner of that page.
• Buyer inquiry data: visitors of a business page can send a quotation request (inquiry) to the exporter. We store the name, company name (if provided), country, WhatsApp number, the products and quantities requested, Incoterm and destination port (if provided), and notes. Before sending, the list of selected products is kept temporarily in the visitor's browser and disappears when the tab is closed.
• Payment data: processed by our payment provider. We do not store your card or bank account numbers.

2. How we use the data

• To create and run your account and page.
• To check documents for the Verified and Active Exporter badges.
• To prevent abuse, including limiting one phone number to a maximum of 2 accounts.
• To contact you about your account, security, plans, or changes to the service.
• To process payments for paid plans.
• To deliver buyer inquiries to the exporter they are addressed to, so the exporter can reply on WhatsApp.
• To prevent inquiry spam, for example by limiting the number of inquiries from one WhatsApp number within a certain time.
• To send account emails, such as sign-up confirmation and password reset.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Data shown to the public

Page content that you publish can be seen by anyone with the link and may appear in search engines. The account email and phone number you enter when signing up are not shown on your page, unless you add them yourself in the contact section of your page. Verification documents are not shown to the public. Only the badge is shown.

Buyer inquiries are not shown to the public. An inquiry can only be seen by the exporter it is addressed to and the Exportree team. Exporters must use buyer data only to respond to that inquiry.

4. Third parties we use

To run Exportree, data is processed by the following service providers, under their own privacy policies:

• Supabase: database, file storage, and login system.
• Cloudflare: website hosting and traffic protection.
• Google: sign-in with a Google account.
• Resend: sending account emails, such as sign-up confirmation and password reset.
• WhatsApp: when a buyer or an exporter continues the conversation on WhatsApp, that conversation happens on WhatsApp and is governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy, not Exportree's.
• Payment provider: when you buy a paid plan.
• Pixels and analytics added by exporters: exporters on the Pro plan may add Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or Google Analytics to their business page. When added, these services may collect visit data on that page, such as pages viewed, WhatsApp button clicks, and inquiry submissions (without the content of the inquiry), and may use cookies or similar technologies. That data is processed by Meta, TikTok, or Google under their own privacy policies and is used by that exporter, for example to measure ads. Exportree itself does not add advertising pixels to business pages, and pixels never run in the dashboard or editor.

The servers of these providers may be located outside Indonesia.

5. Security and retention

We limit access to data: every user can only change their own data, and verification documents can only be opened by their owner and the Exportree team. No system is 100% secure, but we make reasonable efforts to protect your data. Data is kept while your account is active. Inquiries are kept while the account of the exporter they were sent to is active, and are deleted when that account is deleted. After an account is deleted, its data is deleted within a reasonable time, except data we are legally required to keep.

6. Your rights

Under the personal data protection laws that apply in Indonesia, you may ask to:

• access and get a copy of your personal data,
• correct inaccurate data,
• delete your account and your data,
• withdraw consent for certain data processing.

Send your request to [email protected] from the email registered to your account.

Buyers who sent an inquiry and want their data deleted can send a request to the same email, mentioning the WhatsApp number used when sending the inquiry.

7. Minors

Exportree is intended for business owners aged at least 18 and is not intended for children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above will change accordingly, and for important changes we will notify you by email or through the dashboard.
